Welcome to the Yoga Durham website.
The website is intended to give you some information about what yoga is, how it might benefit you and details of the classes I am currently running in and around Durham City.
There are also details of the British Wheel of Yoga Northern yoga Festival 2012 that I am involved with and where I will be teaching. This year the festival will be held in July at Van Mildert College, Durham City. You will also find details of a Yoga holiday to the beautiful Spectrum Yoga Centre in Dalyan Turkey where I taught in September 2011 and where I will be teaching again in June 2012.
